Kosova is 10,887 square miles in size - about half the size of Wales. It has
a population of about 2.2 million, of whom about 95% are Albanian.
These Albanians are 96% Moslem, and there is a small Roman Catholic
minority.
Evangelical and Pentecostal believers perhaps number 500, though
that may be a rather generous estimate. Church planting began in
the mid 1980s, and has progressed and spread since the 1998 - 1999
war.
