Kosova is 10,887 square miles in size - about half the size of Wales. It has a population of about 2.2 million, of whom about 95% are Albanian. These Albanians are 96% Moslem, and there is a small Roman Catholic minority.

Evangelical and Pentecostal believers perhaps number 500, though that may be a rather generous estimate. Church planting began in the mid 1980s, and has progressed and spread since the 1998 - 1999 war.
