Full Time Staff David M. Young, graduated from Cambridge in 1968 in Modern and Medieval Languages. He served two Baptist pastorates in conjunction with full or part-time school teaching. One of the founders of the mission he has worked full-time as Director of the mission since 1987 and is a member of Bradley Road Baptist Church, Wrexham.

Trevor A Baker, trained as a school teacher, served as a Grace Baptist pastor for eighteen years and joined the mission in 1989 as a trustee. He became the full-time Church Relations Officer in 1996.

Paul Davies worked as a school teacher for thirty two years and joined the mission as the Southern Development officer in 2006. He is an elder of Westgate Chapel, Bury St Edmunds.

Peter Cresswell previously worked in banking and is now pastor of Horsecastle Chapel in Yatton.

Michael Eldridge is a retired chartered accountant. He leads the London prayer meeting for Albania and is a member of St. Mary Magdalene, Croydon.

David Hickman is a retired tax inspector and was previously the leading brother in Bethany Gospel Hall, Wallasey. He is the Treasurer and Honorary Assistant Director of the mission and is a member of Wallasey Baptist Church.

Irvon Parry is chairman of the trustees. He retired as pastor of the Independent Evangelical Church in Llandudno in December 2006.

Robin Trollope lectured in microbiology at Swansea University and then became pastor of Ebenezer Baptist Church, Machen until his retirement.

Tony Treasure worked in local government before moving to Albania where, with his wife, he opened an orphanage. He now lives in Aberdeen and is a member of the City Church.
