• There is scope for an army of full-time workers and AEM seeks men and women of sound faith and clear vision to minister wherever Albanians are resident, especially Albania, Kosova, Macedonia, Montenegro, Greece and various countries of western Europe. Our main areas of vision and ministry are church planting, Christian literature in Albanian and the training of Albanian church workers.

• Some may wish or need to couple their work with a secular calling. We have been asked to find teachers of English as a Foreign Language, both for a secular language school in a town where we work with a local church, and in a church-based language school run as a service and point of contact in another town.

• The greatest need is for men and women called to full-time, long-term involvement in church planting in Albania and the ethnically Albanian parts of former Yugoslavia.

• There are openings for students, who could study and witness among their fellow students by enrolling at an Albanian university. Our lower age limit for application is 21.

• There is no upper age limit for application, and AEM welcomes applications from mature Christians who have taken early (or normal) retirement and who believe God is calling them to join this ministry.
